Your Eyes have Seen the Most Amazing Things

So..where do i start??
Ben says to me..keep the 4th and 5th nighsts free. I'm like ok. wondering y??
Sarah Blasko...wow.

After having left a lecture 15 min early in order to get back to Ben's, drop off my stuff and get back into the city by 7, i missed the train and haad to wait like 20 min anyway. By the time i wasa t Ben's it was waay to close to teh time that we were meant to b ther. so here i go, bolting down Macauley rd in my awesome pirate boots...hair and arms flailing. get to Kensington and, yep..u guessed it..had to wait.

So by the time we actually get ther, with brisk walking detour, we are perfectly on time. She had no supporting acts so we were really lucky with our time as it only took about 5 min adn she was out. She had a 5 piece orchestra with her. They were unbelievable together. She had a double bass, cello, violin, flute and trombone. The combination of the instruments and her amazing voice brought tiny tears to my eyes....maybe....as i don;t emote so forget i said that. i never cry bitches!
She is so graceous and humble it is so cute. she was wearing the most simple outfit and everythign was so low key. she chatted to the audience in a shy little voice and politely asked if they could fill the seats at the front. This caused a HUGE upset with people flooding the front adn the poor bastards who turned up late and actually paid for those seats just had to grin and bear it. We ened up real close. ABout 5 rows in front of where we began. Brilliant. The National theatre is such an intimate venue and everyone was just so fabulous there. All a little quirky but there purely for her. There was this awesome guy with an afro who was grooving in his seat. swaying his head and totally memerised. It was beautiful.

So..to Ben. You done good.

Spent all day getting rid of old tickets and putting up new ones today. Took ages adn the job was fruitless. My hands burn coz of teh cold of the freezer. I love Safeway. and dumbshits kept coming to the door and waiting. WE"RE CLOSED FOOL!

Good Friday was, well, good. Had soo much food then went to wash it all down with..some mroe food at Li Kim's. Mental. I am officially pregnant with a food baby now. It's due any day so keep the presents and chocolates of support coming guys.

Had to feed Kornel's mice for him as he was gone away for the weekend on some 'eco-trip' with his Heather. His place reeks coz of the vermin. You wouldn't believe it. Imagine an animal farm in the middle of Flinder's St toilets. Chyah!
took a McD's detour on the way to his house...after a behemoth lunch of pork schnitzel and russian salad. Love to totally lose control.

So, as i am of age and have been for a good fortnight and a half now i FINALLy had to produce my ID for somethign last night. I joined my local Video Ezy. I know, I know. Your words of encouragement and commendation make me jittery. borrowed Charlottes web and had microwave pop corn.

house still smells like fake butter.
